Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Within India

Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (where available)

Free shipping on orders above ₹20,000 (or your preferred threshold)

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Handloom & Custom Orders Custom or made-to-order handloom products may require an additional 7–14 business days for weaving and finishing before dispatch.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery.
